Output format 1 change to CSV for getUserList, getGroupList, and getBlogList

Description

A few original list actions produce a flat list of entries instead of the standard CSV list (by default). This is not our standard, but, we left it in for compatibility reasons. With CLI 9.0 we are making it standard. Scripts depending on the flat list will have to change to adjust using some of the other parameters to get very close to the same support.

This impacts

  • getUserList

  • getGroupList

  • getBlogList

Workaround Example

The following will return the list in almost identical format. You will need to ignore the first header line and trim the leading blank in the data row.

1 2 3 4 5 6 7 -a getUserList --columns user --outputType text User admin automation bob ...

getBlogList

Furthermore, for getBlogList, only output formats except 1 and 999 remain. Except for 999, getBlogList will match getContentList and 999 adds "Content".
