User Consolidation Using Bob Swift

Description

Hi,

I am currently trying to consolidate users for Confluence Server after migrating from Confluence Cloud.

After installing the software - I am trying to run the following command to update the usernames and how they should appear :

1 ./confluence.sh --server [http://aptitude-temp.valiantys.net/confluence|http://aptitude-temp.valiantys.net/confluence] --user lemarl.salmon@valiantys.com --password xxxxx --action runFromCsv --file /Users/xxxxx/Desktop/aptusers.csv --common "--action updateUser"

But when running this command I am receiving the following error message:

1 2 3 Run: --userId "alan.berkley@aptitudesoftware.com" --action updateUser Client error: No user with id 'alan.berkley@aptitudesoftware.com'. Client error: 1 actions failed from file: /Users/lemarlsalmon/Desktop/aptusers.csv

Please see attached for an example of how the csv format looks

Please could you kindly assist on what the issue could be? I have tried to remove the first user in the csv to see if the issue lays there but the problem persists.
