Clearing existing field value and ability to add a new value on the create issue screen

Description

Customers are requesting for an option to change the field value on the create issue screen by clearing the original field value from the source ticket (like text fields and other custom fields).

If you want to set custom fields via properties and they are on the create screen, then they need to be on the ignoreFields/ fieldExcludes list.
