Migration from server/DC to cloud

Description

This page explains:

  • Migration support details for the app content from server/DC to cloud
  • Differences between the server/DC and cloud version of the app

Migration process

Migration of the global app configuration data or workflow configurations from server to cloud is not supported currently. This is because Jira Cloud Migration Assistant does not support building the server/DC migration path to cloud yet. To view your server data such as post function and conditioned validator configurations, and other global app configurations in cloud, configure the same from scratch.
